Have you ever tried a TRX class at The Connection? It may look intimidating at first, but don’t be fooled, TRX is a great full body workout for everyone! You are in control of your own workout because you can change the amount of resistance simply by adjusting your body by stepping closer to or further from the wall.  TRX exercises help to decrease injury by challenging more planes of motion- helping you to build a strong and stable core.
