DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Garden State Parkway Northbound:
Take Parkway North to exit 142. There is a toll booth immediately before exit 142. You must go through the toll gates on the EXTREME RIGHT in order to get on the exit ramp on the other side. The ramp entrance is directly in front of the toll gates on the other side. You are now on Route 78 EAST, going in the opposite direction. Take the first exit (Hillside/Irvington) and bear right continually to go over Route 78 and back onto it on the other side, headed in the correct direction, WEST. This is the only way you can enter Route 78 WEST from Parkway North. Note: The road you are on (Route 78 WEST) becomes Route 24 WEST. Stay to the right. Take the SPRINGFIELD-SUMMIT-MILLBURN exit which is on the right about a mile after the Route 24 sign. Bear right on to the exit ramp. This puts you on Broad Street. Go through four traffic lights. At the fifth light, make a left onto Maple Street. At the traffic light, make a right onto Morris Avenue. At the next corner, make a left onto Prospect Street. The Connection parking lot is the second entrance on your left.
Garden State Parkway Southbound:
Take exit 142 – Route 78 WEST. Follow balance of directions for Route 78 WEST from parkway North.
NJ Turnpike Northbound:
Change to Garden State Parkway North at Turnpike Exit 11 in Woodbridge and follow balance of directions for Parkway North.
NJ Turnpike Southbound:
Take exit 14 marked “Newark Airport” to I-78 WEST. Follow nine miles to Route 24 WEST (stay in right lane). Then follow directions from Route 24 WEST.
Route 78 Eastbound:
Take Exit 45. Turn left onto Glenside Avenue. Go past the stop sign and bear left to turn on to Morris Avenue. Go past the second traffic light on Morris Avenue. Continue through to the first intersection; making a left turn onto Prospect Street. The entrance to the Connection parking lot is the second driveway on left.
Route 287 Southbound:
Take Route 287 South to 78 east – exit at sign for Newark. Follow balance of directions for 78 East.
Route 22 Eastbound:
Exit 22 East at Snuffy’s Restaurant (follow signs for route 78, New Providence, Berkeley Heights exit). Make immediate right, taking you on overpass over Route 22. Stay in right hand lane. Cross first intersection (Bonnie Burn Road) and continue straight on Diamond Hill Road to Mountain Avenue, Murray Hill. Make right onto Mountain Avenue and continue on this road for several miles. Mountain becomes Ashland Road in Summit. Continue on Ashland until you reach the blinking light. Turn left at blinking light onto Maple Street and continue to first traffic light – Morris Avenue. Make a left onto Morris and an immediate left onto Prospect Street. The entrance to the Connection parking lot is the second driveway on your left.
Route 22 Westbound:
You must be in Westbound lane for “Summit Road” exit in Mountainside. Turn right at Getty Station for Summit Road. Take Summit Road, which becomes Baltusrol Road. Turn left onto Morris Avenue. Continue to Prospect Street (an immediate left past Connection building at Maple and Morris). The entrance to the Connection parking lot is the second driveway on your left.
Route 24 Westbound:
Take exit marked “Millburn, Springfield, Summit”. Bear right to Broad Street. Turn left on Orchard (church on corner). Make a right on Morris at traffic light. Continue to Maple. The Connection will be on your left at Morris and Maple. Pass the Connection and make an immediate left onto Prospect. The entrance to the Connection parking lot is the second driveway on your left.
Route 24 Eastbound:
Take “Summit Avenue” exit. Follow Summit Avenue through downtown Summit to Morris Avenue. Make a right on Morris Avenue to Maple Street. Go through light at Maple and Morris. The Connection will be on your left. Make immediate left after the Connection to Prospect Street. The entrance to the parking lot is the second driveway on your left.
From due North or Northwest:
Take Kennedy Parkway to Short Hills Mall. Take either Route 24 East or Route 124 East (access Road). Get off at “Summit Avenue” exit (1/2 to 1 mile). Take Summit Avenue through downtown Summit to Morris Avenue. Make a right on Morris and continue to Maple Street. Go through light at Maple and Morris. The Connection will be on your left. Make immediate left after the Connection to Prospect Street. The entrance to the parking lot is the second driveway on your left.
