Many of these videos do not include a cool down at the end, but it is advised that you do some type of stretch to physically and mentally finish your workout. You can do this on your own, or better yet, use one of our many Yoga videos to help you. Also, now is a great chance to try something you’ve never done before. We always advise “mixing up” your routines to address cardio, strength, core, flexibility, balance, and mind-body health. For example, after a cardio/HIIT video, complement it with Pilates, Yoga, or Tai Chi. Try Body Sculpt followed by Balance and Qi Gong. For a Gentle workout, Light Strength Conditioning (LSC) and then Arching & Bending. The guided Reiki Meditation can be done by itself or after any of the videos for a wonderful grounding and relaxing session.
