Before and AfterSchool Program Fees

Dear Before and After School Parents,

We want to thank you for your patience and continued support as we navigate this unprecedented situation together. As you know on Monday Governor Murphy announced schools would stay closed for the remainder of this school year. Since we follow the public school district and our building is still closed, before and after school programming will not resume this school year.

The children missed two weeks of care in March and the month of April. Since we bill a month in advance, you had paid for that time. We did not charge you in the months of April (for care in May) and May (for care in June). As a result of our closure, we are providing options regarding the tuition paid for the missed days in March and April. Please click the relevant circles in the form below and then click submit. If you have any questions, please contact Michelle.

In addition to credits and refunds, another option offered is a tax-deductible donation of your paid fees – or a one-time donation. While we realize everyone’s circumstances may not permit it, we would appreciate your consideration of support. As a nonprofit, mission-driven organization, we depend on program fees to provide vital community service programs and we have been significantly impacted by the closure of the facility.

We will continue to provide your children with weekly activities from Miss Allie so we can stay socially connected while remaining physically distant. We plan to offer school specific programming as well in the days to come.

If you’re looking for additional activities for the children or some relaxation and movement for yourself, please visit our video library of fitness and wellness classes. There are videos for children and adults as well as live classes. We also have the Resource Connection which is a list of local resources and links if you are looking for ways to help in our community or are in need of help yourself.

The entire before and after school staff really miss your children. We are counting the days until we can see them again. In the meantime, be safe and well.

Sincerely,

Michelle Stelluto,
Director of Enrichment
