As the summer winds down my staff and I are getting very excited for the fall session! Women with a history of cancer can access any of the classes found in The Connection’s Adult Fitness Class Library.
Pathways Sister Strong Fitness Program
Women undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment receive a total of 16 hours of free one-on-one fitness training by qualified Cancer Exercise Specialists at The Connection’s Fitness Center.

Summer Camps at The Connection
The Connection’s Summer Day Camps are about making friends, gaining self-confidence, learning to work together & having fun while making memories! For more than 90 years, The Connection has provided children with new and rewarding experiences! Full and Partial Scholarships are available for all classes and activities at The Connection, including camp. The Connection is licensed by the State of New Jersey and all of our staff is certified in American Red Cross CPR and First Aid. Our Aquatics staff is also certified in ARC Lifeguard Training.
