Russell Graham has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2005 through the W.I.T.S program. He is CPR/AED certified. Russell has extensive experience training high-risk populations including clients with extreme weight loss needs, cancer patients and post heart-surgery patients. His specialties include exercise design specific to individual needs, HIIT, body-weight exercises and weight loss. He has worked extensively with special needs individuals and has a very good rapport with all members. Russell’s goal is to improve each client’s quality of life by being a teacher and motivator. He listens to the goals of each client and helps them find a way to achieve them.
