Ellen Marsan

Ellen Marsan, RN,  BSN has been working as a nurse for over 30 years and a fitness professional for 20 years. Ellen became a Personal Trainer in 2008 with additional certifications in TRX, Kettlebell, Indoor Cycle and Bootcamp. Functional Fitness is her prime passion, and she is an avid proponent of weight based, gravity driven and multiplanar movement for optimum health and well-being.  After completing her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013, Ellen enjoys teaching vinyasa yoga to multiple populations.
