• Financial assistance is intended to support individuals and families who demonstrate a need for temporary financial support.
• Award decisions take into account household income, household size, and current program capacity.
• Assistance amounts vary and are determined based on available funding.
• Applicants must submit a new application for every session and any new program. Financial assistance is evaluated on a term-by-term basis and does not automatically carry over to future sessions.
• Applicants are responsible for promptly reporting any changes to income or household circumstances. Financial documentation is required once per year; however, the Scholarship Department reserves the right to request additional income verification as needed.
• Please note that classes and programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots cannot be held while an application is under review for financial assistance.
• Awards are not applied retroactively to prior terms or previously paid fees.
• Scholarships do not apply to membership or program fees. A scholarship recipient is responsible for membership fees and may not register for a program without having paid the appropriate membership fee.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding.
• Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in denial or disqualification of assistance.

2. Be sure to complete the entire application and include all required financial documentation. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

3. Submit your completed application to the front desk or email it to: scholarship@theconnectiononline.org

4. The Scholarship Department will review your application and determine a scholarship amount within approximately 5–7 business days.

5. Create or log in to your Daxko Account to begin registering for your program/class. Your scholarship will be automatically applied at registration and checkout (excluding Total Facility scholarship recipients). Please note: Program Membership fees or Total Facility join fees must be paid in full before registering and participating.

To ensure fairness and equity for all applicants, we have established firm submission deadlines. Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, or may be held for consideration in the following term, depending on availability.

Please see below for upcoming term dates and their suggested application periods:

1. • SUMMER CAMP (June 22 – August 21, 2026)
     – Registration Date: January 9 (travel camp only) and January 15 (all on-site camps)
     – Preferred Scholarship application period: Now through January 2 (first priority) then accepted on a rolling basis as funding allows.
   • ENRICHMENT (2026-2027 School Year)
     -Preschool Registration Date: January 22 (priority registration for current families – January 20)
     -Preferred Preschool Scholarship application period: Now through January 15 (first priority) then accepted on a rolling basis as funding allows.
     -Before/After School Registration Date: March 3 (priority registration for current families is February 12)
     -Preferred Before/After School Scholarship application period: Now through January 29 (first priority) then accepted on a rolling basis as funding allows.
   • SPRING TERM (March 9 – June 14, 2026)
     -Registration Date: February 18
     -Preferred Scholarship application period: Now through February 11
