HYBRID ADULT FITNESS & DANCE CLASSES

Hybrid classes may be taken in person or on Zoom where they are live-streamed.

If taking the hybrid class in the building:

  • Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times – even while exercising.
  • Registration is required because class size is limited due to the Department of Health regulations.

Please bring your own personal equipment to class. For yoga and chair yoga bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel (optional: strap, blanket, blocks). For Max Out! and LSC, bring a mat, dumbbells, towel, and water. For Pilates bring a mat, a yoga blanket, and water (optional: light dumbbells). The water fountains in the building have been temporarily shut off.
