Join Dawn Coyle, Reiki Master Level III and Director of Somatic Processing, in mindful movement using simple somatic exercise to feel more relaxed and grounded. Practice becoming aware of your body’s reactions so you can begin to slow down and respond in a calm manner. Somatic movement for nervous system support is a beautiful pathway towards a more peaceful, balanced life.
FREE and open to all women with a history of cancer and their caregivers (can be male).
Registration is required but membership at The Connection is not necessary.
