Gymnastics

Gymnastics provides a strong foundation for competitive gymnastics and other sports, and increases agility and eye-hand coordination and it's fun! The Connection offers all types of classes including Parent/Child, Preschool, and Schoolage, for both boys and girls in our state-of-the-art gymnastics facility. Equipment includes balance beams, parallel bars, a vault, spring floor, Tumble Track and much more. Our gymnastic instructors are USAG professional members and safety certified.

The Summit Summies are a USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic team that builds well-rounded gymnasts who consistently compete at all levels in the NJ Sectional and State Championships. The team consists of girls, ages 7 to 15 years, who practice 3 to 4 days a week for 2 to 3 hours daily in our state-of the-art facility. The Summies gymnasts excel in other sports and consistently achieve high honors in school.

All Gymnastics Classes will have Observation during their normal class time the week of 1/23/2012-1/28/2012
