As the summer winds down my staff and I are getting very excited for the fall session! Although we will miss the summer sun, beach days, and summer camp we cannot wait to start up another fantastic year. Starting this fall we have several new classes, new times, new levels, and more! Virtual Classes
Women with a history of cancer can access any of the classes found in The Connection’s Adult Fitness Class Library.
Pathways Sister Strong Fitness Program
Women undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment receive a total of 16 hours of free one-on-one fitness training by qualified Cancer Exercise Specialists at The Connection’s Fitness Center. 
Pathways Team SOS (Save Our Sisters) Dragon Boat Team
Our Dragon Boat team offers the perfect blend of support, physical activity and camaraderie with other survivors.

Stad’s Crabfest Donation Benefits Pathways Cooks

‘Pathways Cooks’, a program of The Connection that provides nutrient rich meals to women undergoing cancer treatment and their families, has received a $5,000 donation via the 12th Annual “Stad’s Crabfest” held in Westfield, where 125 guests enjoyed a feast from the sea in support of cancer-related charities.
